Delivery Timeline
At O’DAMMYLARE FARMS LTD, we ensure prompt and reliable delivery of all orders. Our delivery timelines vary depending on location and order size.
- Order Processing:
- Orders are usually processed within 5 working days after payment confirmation.
- Wholesale or bulk orders may require additional processing time depending on the volume.
- Delivery Timeline:
Orders are typically delivered within 5 working days after payment confirmation if the product is available in stock.
When the product is out of stock or a new batch is being processed, delivery will take 10-15 working days after payment confirmation.
For bulk orders, the delivery period will be determined based on the volume of the order and will be communicated accordingly. - International Delivery:
- we do not handle international deliveries directly. However, we can deliver your order to your preferred shipper or logistics company within Nigeria, who can then handle the international shipment on your behalf.
- Dispatch Notification:
- Customers receive a dispatch confirmation once the order has been forwarded.
- Delivery Partners:
- We partner with reliable logistics companies to ensure safe and timely delivery. We deliver through transport service. You will receive your order from a store keeper at the nearest motor park to you.
- Delays:
- While we strive to meet delivery schedules, unforeseen delays (such as public holidays, transportation issues, processing time and bad weather) may occur. We will keep customers informed promptly.
