Payment Terms
At O’DAMMYLARE FARMS LTD, we strive to make your business experience smooth and secure. Please read our payment terms below:
PAYMENT TERMS ON BULK ORDERS:
- A full payment is required for all orders below 1,000 kg before processing and dispatch.
- For orders of 1,000 kg and above, an 80% initial deposit is required to confirm booking and commence processing of all orders.
- The remaining 20% balance payment is required immediately upon order completion, not before pickup or dispatch, and not dependent on the pickup date.
- Orders will not be released for pickup or dispatch until full payment (100%) has been received and confirmed.
Delayed balance payments may affect order release timelines and future order priority.
- Pickup & Dispatch Terms
Customers will be notified once their order is completed and ready.
Pickup or dispatch must be arranged within the agreed timeframe.
Delayed pickup does not delay payment obligations.
Orders held beyond the agreed pickup date may attract additional handling or storage fees.
- Order Holding & Cancellation
Orders without full payment after completion may be rescheduled.
The 80% deposit is non-refundable once processing has commenced.
- Agreement & Pricing
Prices confirmed at the point of order placement are final.
Proceeding with an order signifies FULL ACCEPTANCE of the above terms.
