Return and Refund Policy

At O’DAMMYLARE FARMS LTD, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure that all our food products are of the highest quality and properly packaged. Please read our return and refund policy below:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • Returns are only accepted if the wrong item/product was delivered.
    • Requests for return must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Return Conditions:
    • The product must remain unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
    • Customers must provide clear photo or video evidence of the product for verification.
  3. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Opened, used, or partially consumed products cannot be returned.
    • Custom or bulk orders are non-returnable.
  4. Refunds:
    • Once a return is approved, a refund or replacement will be processed within 15–25 business days.
    • Refunds will be made via the same payment method used during purchase.
  5. Order Cancellations:
    • Orders can only be cancelled before processing. Once processing start cancellation is no longer possible.
  6. Shipping Costs:
    • If the return is due to our error, we cover all return shipping costs.
    • If the return is for other reasons, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
